Welcome to TetraPay. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Services

We provide digital services such as mobile recharge, DTH recharge, utility bill payments, and domestic money transfers. The availability of services depends on our telecom, DTH, and biller partners.

4. Account & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree not to share your account or misuse the Platform in any unlawful manner.
• You are responsible for all transactions carried out under your account.

5. Payments & Wallet

• All payments must be made through approved payment methods integrated with our Platform (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).
• Transactions once successfully processed cannot be reversed.
• Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

6. Commissions & Charges

Retailers and distributors may earn commissions on transactions as per the applicable business plan. All charges, commissions, and fees are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
• Money laundering, gambling, or suspicious activities.
• Interfering with system integrity or attempting to hack our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We act as a facilitator between users and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by telecom operators, banks, or billers.
• We are not liable for losses arising from user mistakes (e.g., entering the wrong mobile number or account details).
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the transaction amount in dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and material on this Platform are owned by TetraPay. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
